If you’re convicted of a felony and pay all your fines and successfully complete any and all state ordered rehabilitation, why shouldn’t you have your 2A rights? They don’t take your 4A rights away in perpetuity for felony convictions. Or your 1A or any others. Why just the 2A? It’s unconstitutional
And given the weaponization of the justice system, getting an indictment against your political enemies is easy.
