The GOP establishment will do whatever the deep state tells them to do. Look to the Ukraine quagmire as an example to their behavior. The problem here is China owns most of our politicians and the deep state and those they don’t are not looking out for the USA but their own agencies and career. It will be interesting how the traitors react and if they are going to disobey their masters in Peking when it hits the fan?

The current US military leadership consists of woke sniveling bureaucrats instead of warriors and we will pay in blood and treasure because of this. When they get their asses kicked they will wail for the warriors to return and save them or meekly surrender. We will loose a carrier group more than likely due to their incompetence and war fighting training replaced with know your pronouns BS.

How are American boys (and girls) going to get to Taiwan? Fly in and risk being shot down by the People’s Air Force? By ship and risk being sunk by Chinese subs? The USN today isn’t the one we had 30 years ago. The Chinese are in their home waters—we are not? Where is the nearest base? Okinawa? Guam? We can do little but offer moral support if an invasion starts. Will we risk a Nuke war with China over her “lost Territory?” Would we risk a Nuke War if Putin Takes out Kiev with a nuke? Is one city worth total war and total destruction?

Its possible Taiwan the Republic of China or ROC possesses its own nuclear weapons.  They say they don’t.  Oh CIA was recruited to dismantle ROC nuclear program.  Really?

Back in the 1980's the ROC had its own nuclear weapons program which the U.S. said it sabotaged to improve relations with the communist China or People's Republic of China or PRC.  Sometimes people are confused what is ROC and PRC.  ROC is the Nationalists' China, PRC the communist China.

If Taiwan or ROC has developed nuclear weapons, they can hit every populated area in the eastern China.

It could be the case that the ROC developed nuclear weapons but has kept them a secret to avoid U.S. sanctions and to maintain the appearance of helpless to attract more American aid.

Could be, but this is entirely just me speculating.  I don't know and no one but officials in the ROC government really knows.  The U.S. and the PRC may think they know, but their knowledge is based on leaks, statements by the ROC, and the intelligence assessments.
