Vladimir Zhirinovsky, a firebrand Russian nationalist who often said publicly what the Kremlin thought privately, issued a forecast during his speech at the Russian parliament’s closing session in December.
A war with Ukraine, he predicted, will start before dawn on Feb. 22. As a result, “Russia will become a great nation again,” he thundered. “Everyone will have to shut their mouths and respect us.”
Mr. Zhirinovsky, who died in April from Covid, was off by just two days on the date of the invasion that triggered Europe’s bloodiest conflict since World War II. But, instead of showcasing Moscow’s newfound might, the Ukrainian war—now in its seventh month—is laying bare Russia’s weaknesses.
Moscow’s recent military defeats, inflicted by a country that it never considered a serious adversary, have challenged Russia’s basic assumptions about itself and its role in the world.

That is why Little Pukin's pain threshold is higher. Need alot more RuZZian casualties before he commits hari-kari.

Hey Ukraine three words: Stop, Drop, Roll
That was their first mistake, telegraphing their intentions in advance.
That didn't age well.
Putin's fault. He was 2 days late. So instead of being a respected great nation again. It's broken down 3rd world country that nobody respects.
It means absolutely nothing, at all.
The war/conflict proceeds on and the Ukrainians are steadily suffering horrendous loses.
NATO controlled Ukraine as explained by Zap Branningan:

Straight to the point.
Too much information.
Ukraine should offer to sell the ethnic Russian area. Pay them with oil. Enough to undo the damage and then some. They can dominate their people but not others. Ukraine joins NATO along with Finland and Norway. We get out.
Something tells me declaring Russia’s demise on this is premature an maybe naïve. We shall see.
I think this war could last for years and bring about RuZZia’s decline as a power.
Similar to UK’s decline as a power over the past decades.
I’ve also called Peak China. For China more of a plateau than a big decline though.
Russia being weakened and exposed as weak is already bad news for stability in the world. The Russians like America really did some good at keeping the world peaceful and now the Russians are too busy in Ukraine to keep the peace in places like Armenia and Azerbaijan.
I hope the US stays out of the Armenia and Azerbaijan thing but it would not be a surprise to see Turkey join in the war against Armenia. Turkey would not do that if Russia were actually strong.

Oh it is. But don’t tell the libtard cucks on here that it is. They’ll just ramp up their postings from the Daily Mail until you think otherwise.
“What Russia’s failure in Ukraine means”
Simple: Globohomo, finance capitalism, and WEF/world government wins and America loses.
...Mr. Zhirinovsky, who died in April from Covid..........
Russia is the only thing that has kept Turkey from resurrecting the Ottoman Empire.
If only Fyodor Dostoevsky could be here to say “I told you so”, the Russian populace started falling for the socialism lie way back in the 1800’s, but hey, Russia doesn’t have an overpopulation problem due to the murderous leaders. Now the Democrats want to murder us who would preserve our nations freedoms, and refuse to become another USSR in the USA.

How come Russia has not rolled over the Ukraine by now?

What’s REALLY COOL about Ukraine is that the Western Media doesn’t report on the DEATHS of their people and the idiots who go there to make a buck.
“I’ve also called Peak China.”
I agree. I suspect that MANY of the people here that want Russia out of the way have ‘interests’ in China, so what you say makes sense...
