She passed.
Ma’amalade sandwich Your Majesty?
I had to wait for an ad to appear before it played.

The British sovereign is not a lawmaker, a politician or a policy maker. Parliament decides policy and passes laws. The Queen or King is a diplomat and a patron of industries, arts, charities, the church, the military, and social service efforts. It’s a mistake to try to blame the Queen for the global takeover by a financial cabal that is affecting all nations, using their weapons of illegal immigration, pandemic, financial crises, and indecency, all paid for by those who work in secret, fund every anti-freedom institution and create new ways to humiliate decent people every day, and want world domination. They’ve begun to show their hands since Trump stood to oppose them. It’s the Soros, Schwab, Rothschild, Gates, Bezos, Davos billionaire cabal that is responsible for world chaos.
I had the same thought. Her mother died at 101. But really, it was a quintuple whammy: her disgraceful grandson Harry and his dominatrix, the death of her beloved husband, her son Andrew's scandal, the nation undergoing the pandemic, and then she got triple-vaxxed. It's amazing she lasted this long.
Interesting. Can I use the code to figure out my lottery numbers for this weekend? 🤣
“How exactly did she serve her country well?”
She lived as long as she could to keep her loser son from being king for long himself.
I felt comforted that her mom lived so long.
When did she get the vax?
Nice post.
“You really ARE stupid, aren’t you!”
Such a clever and insightful comment!
Another echoed the sentiment that the queen has been dead for a while: “She's been dead, they had to find the right time to break the news.” On the Great Awakening, a QAnon message board, users shared similar conspiracies: “She died several months ago. Remember she went through a transition or whatever. That was the embalming process. CGI and body doubles are in place.”
Others pushed the even more fantastical claim that the queen was merely a computer-generated mirage, a conspiracy that QAnon has also pushed about Biden since he took office last year. WHACKOS.
“She has been CGI for a while now. Wonder why it is being announced now,” one Telegram user wrote. Over on a QAnon message board, one user wrote about a picture released last week of the queen shaking hands with the newly elected British prime minister, Liz Truss: “That old lady doesn't even look like the queen lol.” FREAKS.
Another member of the forum said: “Maybe that’s the cleaning woman, but that isn’t the woman who has been playing the Queen.”
You just cannot make this f'n crackpot, lunatic, nutcase, fringe/cult psycho nonsense up anymore.....
I absolutely agree. An era has ended. I somehow still cannot truly believe it; she seemed immortal to me. She had been such a “permanent fixture” and a mainstay of her realm...
May God take her into His Heavenly realm to take her rightful place in the ranks of the Blessed with the words “Well done!”
Amen Amen Amen.
Wholeheartedly agree. For Britain, clearly yes :-)
I was unaware of the tree and its significance until I came across the eadily-overlooked remains of its crumbled stump.
Not a soul was anywhere near me that hour (historical park was technically not open that day) other than passing motorists about 1/3 of a mile away on the main road.
The sapling planted therein by Mercer Oak enthusiasts apparently failed to thrive BTW. I saw no sign of it.
The Queen showed fortitude, resolve and tenacious dignity throughout so much in her life, from WW2 through the messy drama her family brought. I hoped and almost expected she’d see her centennial birthday like her mother. Rest In Peace Elizabeth.
One of multiple visits to the UK, I traveled from Bath to Edinburgh on a Sunday morning. I noted the flag at half staff while passing the Edinburgh castle. Thinking perhaps the Queen Mother had died, the cab driver replied that Princess Diana had died a few hours earlier. Shocking. It was a memorable visit, albeit incredibly somber traveling south to London for the trip home.
If true, then the House of Windsor's Epstein Problem still hasn't been excised.
I’m so glad you posted that. I was thinking about it as I went to bed last night. The day after she had her Coldstream Guards play our national anthem, she herself led the singing of The Star Spangled Banner at the memorial service:
*****
“The queen joined a crowd of thousands in singing “The Star-Spangled Banner” during a memorial service at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London for the victims on Sept. 14, 2001. Richard Kay, a columnist for the Daily Mail, wrote at the time about how unusual this was for a monarch, saying, “The Queen does not ‘sing’ national anthems. Her mouth never opens when they are played. It was the ultimate sign of unity, friendship, and support for America.” It is believed to be the first time a British monarch sang the anthem in public.”
*****
I remember well the British citizens quietly reverently laying bouquet after bouquet of flowers at the gates of our embassy after 911, too, and how I found that comforting in a way I did not expect.
She has sent our presidents a message of condolence on the anniversary of 911 every single year without fail, always pitch perfect. The last one, 2021:
*****
“My thoughts and prayers — and those of my family and the entire nation — remain with the victims, survivors and families affected, as well as the first responders and rescue workers called to duty,” she said in a message to U.S. President Joe Biden.
“My visit to the site of the World Trade Center in 2010 is held fast in my memory,” Elizabeth said.
“It reminds me that as we honour those from many nations, faiths and backgrounds who lost their lives, we also pay tribute to the resilience and determination of the communities who joined together to rebuild.”
*****
Her message to her subjects gathered at St. Thomas church in New York to mourn British citizens who lost their lives on 911 and to pray for those injured and missing concluded:
“But nothing that can be said can begin to take away the anguish and the pain of these moments. Grief is the price we pay for love.”
Indeed, Ma’am, indeed.
Let the irreverent derision of King Charley Three begin.
