The FBI Stole lots of Personal Documents unrelated to the sham warrant
The FBI leaked information to the press in Direct Violation of the very Espionage Act they wish to enforce.
The Judge, though he did the right thing here, should have summoned every person in the raid and questioned them under oath as to these facts. Then he should have found every last on e in Contempt, JAILED them the Maximum allowable time he can, Sanctioned every last agent the Maximum monetary penalty, then Referred the Whole Bunch to the DOJ for Criminal Investigation into FRAU, Grand Theft, Armed Robbery and Violating the Espionage Act. The DOJ Lawyer should be Permanently Disbarred for his part also...

That would ne nice, but don't bet the farm that the DOJ will act responsibly. I wouldn't be surprised if the DOJ says that any suggestion that the DOJ has "tainted" agents puts the lives of their people "at risk."
Biden is vengeful A-hole in my opinion. He lied about the discussion concerning Gen Flynn. Biden said he knew nothing about Gen Flynn case yet records show Biden recommend the using the Logan act in a meeting with Obama and FBI
If we are to be honest Biden doesn’t KNOW what the hell is going on around him this is ENTIRELY, Obama, Val Jared, Susan Rice they are HELL BENT on destroying America they CHOSE Biden because he is not mentally aware of ANYTHING!!

I would say this judge is acting like a judge.
A judge can and should only rule on the arguments presented, not go off on his/her own legal justice hunting. Trumps lawyers asked for appointment of special master. That’s what the judge ruled on. Anything more would be judicial tyranny.
After the findings of the special master, then further action would be warranted. Problem remains ‘who in power will indict the FBI?’
