A body has been identified as missing mother-of-two Eliza Fletcher by police in Memphis, Tennessee
The human remains were located close to the home of kidnapping suspect Cleotha Abston's brother, Mario
Following her disappearance, Cleotha was seen by neighbors washing the carpets of his 2013 GMC Terrain
Abston, 38, has been charged with especially aggravated kidnapping and tampering with evidence
It has been revealed that Abston previously spent 20 years in jail after he and an accomplice kidnapped a Memphis attorney, who worked in the same firm as Fletcher's uncle
He is due to make first court appearance today and is being held at Shelby County Jail on a $500,000 bond
Mario Abston is in custody on charges of possession with intent to sell heroin and fentanyl and a gun offense
Fletcher, 34, was abducted while jogging near the University of Memphis at 4.30am on Friday morning
The mother-of-two is the granddaughter of the founder of prosperous hardware company Orgill, and her family has offered a $50,000 reward for information leading to her safe return

"Cleotha"
[Perhaps he will “suicide?”]
Call the real “suicide help line” 1-187-EPSTEIN.
Really sad.
You think she had been advised/cautioned numerous times of the dangers involved in her routine? I would surmise she had been warned.
Did she die doing what she loved to do?
Still a tough way to go out.
When do the riots start?
A billionaire heiress. Now I know why this was being covered so much.
The ‘moneyed interests’ in Memphis should start making relocation plans today...and wait for New Madrid to clean things up at a later point.
That's just make them scatter like kicking a fire ant mound.....................
If he’s convicted of first degree murder and murder in the commission of a kidnapping, he won’t get out. He will probably end up having a date with a gurney and a needle ... but unfortunately probably not for another 15 years or more.
Probably right.
We all hope that will happen including me.
I don’t believe they will have the time...
It is possible, but I don' think it is likely that somebody put out out a hit on her. I think it is more likely she was at the wrong place at the wrong time at 4:30 AM.
A few will...................
The part that is shocking to me is that a judge thinks it’s OK to set bond at $500,000 for this monster. Why on earth would you ever even consider letting him out on bail?
Must be a Democrat.................
Her uncle was the guy he kidnapped that got him a full 20 year sentence according to a post I read earlier.
Dixie Chicken?
Tennessee Lamb?
Now in the olden days if something like this happened a part of the city would burn down and (rest of comment removed before the mods see it), but then it would be safe to be on the streets for maybe another 40 years!
I actually had the complete comment pulled by FR mods years ago.
And it's a damn shame I ain't King.!!
He was supposedly parked for a few minutes after he manhandled her into the car. I wonder if he strangled her or stabbed or shot her. And then he supposedly drove around for over an hour with her or her body in the car still. There was a boatload of blood in the vehicle. Yet her shorts were found separate from her body, so ... rape or ??????
CORRECTION....Her uncle worked at the same law firm as the guy he kidnapped.
