Judge GRANTS Trump’s request to have a special master review documents seized in Mar-a-Lago raid - as its revealed FBI agents took medical records from ex-President’s home

A federal judge in Florida has granted Donald Trump's request to have a special master review the documents seized during the raid on Mar-a-Lago – granting a key demand of the former president and tapping the breaks on the government's investigation.

Judge Aileen Cannon approved Trump's motion to appoint a special master 'to review the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney client and/or executive privilege.'

The Trump-appointed judge also 'temporarily enjoins' the government from 'reviewing and using the seized materials' pending the completion of the review.

That grants Trump and his legal team a side benefit of stalling the fast-moving proceedings that have unfolded since the August 8 FBI search of Mar-a-Lago.

So all those pundits saying it wouldn’t happen (like Barr) are idiots.

It’s a good thing Bill Barr wasn’t his lawyer.

“She ruled in favor of Donald Trump on September 5, 2022, and surprisingly enjoined the Department of Justice from using the materials seized from Donald Trump’s home in any criminal investigation, an unexpected move which has no precedence in the law.”

Perhaps because having the FBI raid a former president’s home has no precedence in the law.

Sadly there is not much hope that he special master will not be a member of the same corrupt establishment. Just like those chosen to lead special council’s. Ken Star, Muller and the likes.

“””See p. 10 of the document where the judge outlines the potential damage to Trump and his reputation if the relief requested is not granted”””

Yes, the judge was very clear regarding the DOJ damaging Trump’s reputation. It is too bad the Biden Crime Family cannot be sued for slander.

Yes, I caught that footnote as well.

Nobody reading that 24-page court document can come away from it thinking that the appointment of a special master in this case was granted in a begrudging "check the box" sort of way. The entire decision appears to be rooted in the belief that President Trump was done a great injustice with the way the search and seizure of his property was handled by the government.

an unexpected move which has no precedence in the law.

There's "no precedence" for a judge refusing to allow a prosecutor to use seized evidence? What kind of cr@p is this?

You are right, Trump does not look worried at all and his supporters are behind him 100%. I was there on Saturday night and when Trump came onstage, the noise level was like a 747 taking off right in front of you.

I watched it online...in the beginning as everyone was cheering and applauding before he began speaking it looked as if he was tearing up in gratitude.

The hiding of FBI Agent Tim Thibault was made to appear unbiased and to bury the corruption.

But Thibault’s actions were not in isolation and were blatantly partisan. Therefore, fruit of the poisonous tree.

It’s quite possible the government’s case is thrown out and Trump is positioned to advance further than they imagined.

The FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was a very stupid move. The speech by Biden revealed a low caliber force in place.

However, Beijing is still on the chessboard and they are not to be underestimated.

Invasion of Taiwan will be the diversion needed by the Biden fumblers to kick the ball outside the line and call for Martial Law.

Martial Law will be avoided if Beijing is confident their election fraud infrastructure is still intact. But time is running short. If the Martial Law move is made, it will happen very soon.
