A federal judge in Florida has granted Donald Trump's request to have a special master review the documents seized during the raid on Mar-a-Lago – granting a key demand of the former president and tapping the breaks on the government's investigation.
Judge Aileen Cannon approved Trump's motion to appoint a special master 'to review the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney client and/or executive privilege.'
The Trump-appointed judge also 'temporarily enjoins' the government from 'reviewing and using the seized materials' pending the completion of the review.
That grants Trump and his legal team a side benefit of stalling the fast-moving proceedings that have unfolded since the August 8 FBI search of Mar-a-Lago.

That was the whole point of the raid in the first place. Try him in the press, leak sensational claims to muddy his name, manufacture “evidence” to persuade people he’s a bad man. All to get people to not vote for him or his endorsement candidates.
Now it our turn to do what the DOJ has been doing for years.
Namely, the Special Master can spend the next five years looking at the documents and keep telling the DOJ he is still looking.
Does this sound familiar as to the game played by DOJ every day? you know-—we can’t discuss because it is under investigation.
So who’s paying for all this? Trump vs the Tax payers means you’d have to be a billionaire like Trump to run for President as a Republican.

Actually, the only documents that matter are the files that Trump secured regarding the Crossfire Hurricane scandal. If these are returned to him, it defeats the whole point of the bogus raid. It provides him with lots of criminal evidence against the IC to neutralize their efforts to destroy him in 2024.
