In her motion to dismiss, Benson made the meritless claim that the Public Interest Legal Foundation had not fulfilled the notice requirement of the National Voter Registration Act, which requires that election officials be given written notice of a potential violation of the law prior to a lawsuit being filed.

And this is the problem with our legal system right here!. When the Lawyer made this blatant and provable False Claim, He/She should have been found in Contempt, Jailed and Sanctioned the maximum allowable monetary sanction and referred to the BAR for Permanent Disbarment.

If we'd go to Voter ID, same day voting and mandate pencil and paper ballots instead of computers, a lot of these problems would be solved immediately.

Dead voters is just one of the many fraudulent issues with the voter rolls. Illegals, ghost-voters, duplicate voters, voters who do not reside at the location indicated, voters illegally added by third parties during the election and then removed immediately afterwards are a few of the other techniques.

Saw in another article the number who had actually voted and was in the hundreds- with something like 90% of them voting within 40 days of death which would fit under the allowed early voting requirements. My guess is that many, many more of them “voted” as illegible and filler votes that just happened to show up in drop boxes…
