Canada is maybe slightly more obsessed with the vax than the US. While I’ve had a couple of friends strongly recommend I get it, that is about all the pressure I’ve gotten and I simply stated my circumstances and said I’ve decided to wait and see. Still doing that and can add forever if they ever bring it up again.

My neurologist died in the middle of the “pandemic”. She was young and had two kids. No reason was given when her office called to reschedule an appt with another doc. I assumed it was the COVID. Not until this minute did I consider it might be the COVID jab.

It has become painfully obvious that those who got vaccinated are in denial regarding the high percentage of complications and deaths. They trot out talking points and stats from sources that they wouldn’t believe under other circumstances. They insult and deride people who were skeptical of the jab and now must justify that they made the right decision.
Worse, they have to justify that convincing people to get the jab was the right decision.
I see parallels to the abortion debate. As science progresses we discover that the unborn feel pain, hear sounds and otherwise react to their environment at a much earlier point than we ever thought. Abortion is clearly ending a life. That means that, in effect, those those that have had abortions are murderers and those that supported abortion are accessories to murder. Since people cannot accept that reality, they will fight tooth and nail against the truth.
Same thing with the jab. The concept that they may be in peril, that their family members may be in peril, that they have encouraged people to put themselves in harms way, is psychologically unacceptable so they lash out. They need our compassion and understanding.
When all those vaxxed Canadians finish dying off, look at the opportunities for US expansion into those now unoccupied territories, which climate change is now warming up!
These hard headed Democrats won’t learn until they get a handful of pain.
