A few other enterprising lawyers need to target Oberlin. Find a few individuals who have been victimized on campus and sue the crap out of the college. Advertise on social media like other firms have done with regard to those victimized by priests and pastors.

They might try the federal courts but I don’t see any cause for the feds to get involved with an intrastate civil matter. Of course todays courts don’t need the law any more if the leftists want something.

The likelihood the U.S. Supreme Court would agree to hear a case the Ohio Supreme Court refused to hear is not zero, but it’s approaching zero. I would not be shocked if they tried, but they would have to obtain another stay of enforcement of the judgment from the U.S. Supreme Court, another major hurdle that has little likelihood of success.”
