We should have done it in 91 before all this crazed Islunacy got going. It wouldn’t have taken much to do it and Iran was still recovering from the 81-89 war with Iraq so they were not getting involved. But Bush had done the Sheikhs work so he wanted the big parsdes and the Sheikhs’ thanks ($$$)
