the biggest casualty in this conflict?
Russia’s reputations (yes, plural)
NOTE THAT - before Feb. 23rd, 2022 -
- Russia was thought of as a country interested in peace; so much so, that there was even talk of disbanding NATO, since it wouldn’t be needed anymore!
- Russia was thought of as a civilized country, well-behaved and respectful of its neighbors like any other in Europe
- Russia was thought of as a reliable supplier of gas; so much so that Germany could get rid of all its nuclear and coal-fired power plants!
- the Russian military was thought of as large, well-organized, and efficient - something to be feared
NOBODY believes these lies anymore ... thinking that had been well-embedded for years has been upended in less than 6 months ...
brilliant move, Russia!!

Just where do you get off posting this propaganda anyways?
Were you here when Russia invaded and occupied the Crimea in 2014?
Its not that long ago. I am sure you'd been born by then.
Chuckle.
Russia hasn't “lost” any reputation. And they are making more money than ever from super high natural gas, oil, fertilizer and food prices, all of which they are the world's number one or two exporters.
“NOTE THAT - before Feb. 23rd, 2022”
Note that the above time period is 21 years. During that time, yes, Russia wanted peace, but so did the Neocons, but on terms that Russia was not about to sign up to.
...so here we are.
