Judge Bruce Reinhart on Monday admitted the FBI's raid on former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago home was "unprecedented" and formally rejected the Justice Department's argument to keep the affidavit leading to the search under seal, citing the "intense public and historical interest."
Reinhart, in a filing Monday morning, said he rejects "the Government’s argument that the present record justifies keeping the entire Affidavit under seal."
"The Government argues that even requiring it to redact portions of the Affidavit that could not reveal agent identities or investigative sources and methods imposes an undue burden on its resources and sets a precedent that could be disruptive and burdensome in future cases," Reinhart wrote. "I do not need to reach the question of whether, in some other case, these concerns could justify denying public access; they very well might."

Of course, instead of even attempting to seriously counter that extensive list, all Democrats/RINOs will always respond with something like: "But it's President Trump who is the 'treasonous traitor' and 'coward' because he's directly 'responsible for January 6' (which happened for absolutely no reason at all) and for also further being 'guilty' of stealing classified nuclear documents so he can sell them to 'Russia, Russia, Russia' (even though he's a multi-billionaire).' "
In short, it's totally insane that anyone would vote for a Democrat/RINO politician ever again. Then again, when you totally control the MSM, that's a huge leg up in the Brainwashing Department: "Um, we don't like what Orange-Man-Bad is mean-tweeting, so let's all agree to bash the 'Trump' name 24/7 and immediately ban President Trump from all our social media 'open platforms.' " "Yeah, what an awesome idea - let's do it!"
Comey described the criminal actions of the beast.
Then said ‘she didn’t mean it’.
Just think of all the money Judge Reinhart will make when he writes his memoirs about being Epstein’s lawyer, recusing himself from a Trump suit against Hillary Clinton, and now his role in the illegal FBI raid on President Trump’s home. Yeah, he’ll make a lot of money, that is, if he isn’t Arkancided before that.
I’m totally confused, which is not all that unusual. I thought he decided this last week and gave them till the 25th to submit their redactions.
Sources told Fox News...Name the sources. I have NO trust in Fox News or anyone connected with them.
Didn’t he sign it?
>>Pop Quiz: Who was he looking at in that scene?
The hot chick in the Camaro? I may be conflating several 80s high school epic movies…this is “Better Off Dead”, right?
The proposition that “no warrants shall issue except upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation” has to be exposed to public testing at the earliest possible moment in the process.
Drag all of this out into the sunlight. Let’s see all the evidence and who did what, both the offense and the defense.
Jim Jordan will be overseeing intel in 20 weeks.
Or...
It could be a case of, screw me once, shame on you...
Screw me twice, shame on me...
Perhaps, just perhaps, he doesn’t want to be screwed a second time
This was “Fast Times”
The big obstacle for WE THE PEOPLE to get information about the FBI is:
The corrupt organization probably has files ON EVERYBODY IN THE GOVERNMENT and beyond. All the agent has to do is “remind” the individual of that and they would SHUT UP.
That’s one way to intimidate someone into SILENCE.
I hope that’s not the case.
“The only way he could have been played, is if he just rubber-stamped it and never read what he had signed. Which means he did not do his job whatsoever. To me that makes him as culpable as the rest involved. He knows that to be the case, and is now running quite scared to say the least.”
Maybe, he was the pushover judge, who okayed everything the DOJ/FBI wanted or the on call Judge, who didn’t want to be bothered with legalities and proper precedence!
Unprecedented but he sighted off on the raid? WTF?
Crickey! How’d I miss it? Demi Moore?
Yes, he did. Just wondering if he signed it in good faith, believed what the affidavit said, and now realizes he was lied to? If so, he doesn't want to go down with the ship.
unprecedented does not mean he should not have signed it. He calls it out to justify disclosing the contents of the warrant.
Great trivia question.
He was looking at Nancy Wilson from the rock band Heart who was the girlfriend at the time of the guy that wrote the book that the movie was based on, Cameron Crowe.
“Fast Times” is one of my most favortest movies.
