A new report by the Bay Area Equity Atlas says 10 percent of the region's census tracts are segregated "areas of white wealth."
The report, posted online July 27, analyzes all of the region's 1,572 U.S. Census tracts by race and income in order to quantify areas of high segregation.

Also percentage of the vote for Rats. I suspect the white neighborhoods are the ones that vote most for the Rats.
Count on it. Nancy Pelosi’s neighborhood is likely on the top of the list
They need to start feeling some pain.
It’s not white neighborhoods anymore - it’s Asian
It sticks out like a sore thumb. Of course it has its own school districts with one of the best school systems in the country - all "public."

Trust nothing with the word “equity” in it. It’s a sure sign that you’re dealing with something rotten.
So what.
They don’t complain minorities feel more comfortable around people who look and act like them.
Why wouldn’t caucasian folks feel the exact same way?
I say put Hunter Biden in Compton, CA.
Liz Warren and most especially her purse would be warmly welcomed in Dodge Park, Maryland.
Woodside?
Yes, Pelousy lives in the Presidio.
Send them a few dozen busloads of border crossers. It’s only fair!
These so-called “centers of white wealth” were were recently all in on kneeling to BLM activists.
Just like Walnut Creek, which was rewarded with two Broadway Shopping Plaza flash mob smash and grabs.

Now there is a racist article if I have ever seen one. Just another “white man/woman bad” moron writing senseless drivel.
Presidio Heights.
ney whites are not welcome in minority areas
i dont care what the out of touch politicians and activists say
if they fix stuff up, people complain
and they aren’t stupid, they arent going to live in places dangerous to them
especially because noone in powercares if theyare hurt or murdered
“the Bay Area Equity Atlas” is a useless group for failures who pretend to have something interesting to say. The Bay Area is very beautiful and, thankfully, the city of Berkeley takes graffiti seriously and tries to decrease it with citizens’ help.
How horrible to face life’s choices:
1. Work hard, get educated, persevere, and maybe be successful. Then you get to live in nice towns.
2. Don’t get a good education, do drugs, do crappy jobs, have lots of babies out of wedlock, don’t make much money and you live in crappy towns.
Whoever would have thunk that?
That’s life. Tough. What a marxist piece of crap article.
What do the authors propose? Move all the poor neer-do-well folks into Tiburon, Belvedere, and Hillsborough? Those places would turn into disgusting sh!t holes overnight.
Yep. “Equity” is really just a pretty and softer-sounding synonym of “marxist.”
