This was the first exchange. I’ll address what you said
there.

Was Russia attacked? No. How was it protecting its
borders? It wasn’t. It was violating it’s neighbor’s
borders.

Russia was defending Christianity.

No. The Ukraine was known as the Bible Belt of Europe.
It’s people translated Christian materials and sent them
around the planet. Its religious institutions have U.S.
sister churches, and cooperative agreements with many
western Christian groups. Those Christian groups have
their people in the Ukraine working with them to advance
Christianity. You are so far off track with that.

Did my original post try to pass off any of this? It
merely asked the question, why did people feel compelled
to post negatives about the U. S., when there wasn’t
even an attack on Russia in the post they were respond
to.

Here you go off on a harangue about what you like about
Russia, but were seriously mistaken about.

You have been hoodwinked into thinking Russia is something
it isn’t.

We have some Leftist things going on here. I agree. Should
we then surrender other nations around the world to Russia?
That seems to be your case.

Why Russia is doing all these wonderful things. Come on...

Let’s us consider where your direction of thought would
lead us. Russia is great. We have Leftists. Any idea
who spend the last 80+ years trying to install Communism
and Leftist ideology in the United States? Take a good
guess.

When the USSR fell, tell us how many of the old politburo
crew was fired and replaced by non-communists.

The same leaders were left in place once the USSR became
Russia. The leader of the KGB is where right how? You

What would you have us do, ask Russia to step in and
remake the United States?

Give the Ukraine to Russia, and let it have its way with
Moldova, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, and Sweden.

nation is done, we withdraw to Red States and turn

I don’t think any of us are happy this woman was a
victim of a car bomb. I certainly wasn’t pointing fingers
at Russia at all.

I’m not trashing Putin, the Russian government, or anyone
in particular in Russia.

IMO < this is a tragic event that seems to reveal there are
some folks who are not very happy with the way things are
going.

I didn’t even state or infer that I agree with their
underlying premise.
