Thursday on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut,” network host Tiffany Cross warned that “a civil war is here” amid violent rhetoric regarding the FBI.
Cross suggested it was time to start “preparing for actual violence” because two people tried “to declare war with FBI field offices.
“You have millions of people tuning into a propaganda network every night,” Cross outlined. “And then, as if that were not bad enough, that’s an extremist network itself, you have these fringe pop-up outlets from OAN to Newsmax, then you have the social media component. That train has left the station. There is no let’s deal with the rhetoric. At this point, I do think we have to have serious conversations around preparing for actual violence.”

Hell with that...time for a Revolution
You are absolutely right. And, I realize intellectually that it may very well come to that. I have to believe that we, as Americans, cannot and will not allow the tyrannical elements in our government, the media, and corporations to become our masters. I believe in my heart that true Americans will never live on their knees.
However, until it does happen that war becomes the only solution, I will continue to hope and pray that my family, my neighbors, and the innocent among my countrymen never have to experience that.
That’s right Tiffy, and you’re a target.
“The American War of Independence did not start as a regular war”
You were talking about the Civil War in your previous comment, not the Revolution.
And yes, the American revolution did start with many uprising and insurgencies that eventually led to a declaration of independence and eventual war between the two countries.
WHITE buy accident of birth.
NATIONALIST by love of country; America first.
If you consider that terror, YOU are the problem!
In my post 85 that this followed up from, I referenced the war of Independence, but even the Civil war did not start as a war between two countries.
It started as an insurrection by the colonized against a well armed British colonial masters, with one of the strongest military's in the world at the time.
In the end, the insurrectionist colonists with militias ended up beating the well armed colonial masters with a big well trained army, the British.
MSNBC is Comcast. Very important to recognize that.
“The American War of Independence did not start as a regular war”
As I said...
“And yes, the American revolution did start with many uprising and insurgencies that eventually led to a declaration of independence and eventual war between the two countries.”
So we’re in agreement.
And that was the only revolution we’ve had in 250 years. In other words they’re rare. Wars happen much more frequently. How many have we had since then?
Now, if you accept that simple fact, we’ll be in violent agreement. :)
How many have we had since then?America has fought at least
102 wars according to Wikipedia here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_wars_involving_the_United_States
That is not “rare”.
Of curse every ex colonial country usually fights one big war of independence, including plenty of ex colonies in Africa and Asia.
But America has fought plenty of wars for such a young country.
And we will fight some more, with the current regime in the White House.
What you describe is why We the People should do an end run, a flanking movement around our masters that the Deep State’s guns cannot combat.
Article V.
Are you really that dense?
I many different ways do I have to say that there have been a lot more wars than revolutions!
Popular revolutions don’t happen often - they’re rare things compared with regular wars.
Why do you far left crazies always resort to insults when you lose an argument?
Are you another deranged Sam Harris who will cheerfully steal an election just to prevent President Trump from winning, like you creeps did in 20220?
YES.
I many different ways do I have to say that there have been a lot more wars than revolutions!
The fact that there have been more wars than revolutions doesn't make revolutions rare. There have been plenty of revolutions throughout history. And there will be plenty more.
Nor does it mean Dementia Joe will get away with trying to make America yet another far left dictatorship.
Why don't you far left lunatics just try it and see what happens to you?
No need for weapons to win a war. Red grows the food and transports the goods. Blue is the consumer. No food or transportation of goods for a month and the country will collapse.
Remember what happened to the people in the Coney Island high rise public housing after Hurricane Sandy. They couldn’t get out cause the elevators stopped working, the toilets overflowed, and the food spoiled after the power went out.
Everybody goes down when the country collapses. That is not necessarily a "Red" victory. I would bet on local warlords taking over for generations.
Way too much "collateral damage" in the transition, meaning too many innocent lives destroyed. Might not be enough left to rebuild an industrial economy.
Not looking forward to any of the pathways.
Not looking forward to any of the pathways.
Nor am I. It just seems that the people most hot for a civil war live in the big cities.
