If the judge was at all legitimate he'd haul the FBI back into court with these revelations that they went beyond the absurdly broad warrant and impose a special master on the process, not leave it up to the FBI to read everything and say "oh, this one is protected and were not supposed to read it. very interesting ... okay, scanned it. Put the original inthe give-back box!"
But the judge hasn't done that.

Exactly. They admit they took privileged documents. This “judge” needs be impeached. Same crap with his attorney having his work products being perused. Someone needs put that judge on the record for why he feels a fishing expedition through privileged documents needs be done. Watch the bastard hem and haw on that one because there is NO reason. We will give them back in a few weeks is NOT the proper reason. Proper to not take them, somewhat proper to return them ASAP, not after they go through them.

The judge, Rienheart, had just recused himself, as judge in PDJT’s civil suit against Shrillary and others, over the Russian collusion hoax.
He, also, quit working for the prosecutors in Epstein’s powder puff plea deal and went to work for Epstein.
A real, slimey POS.
