Give the agents that we’re there a chance to testify in court about what they did or hand in their reports that detailed what they did. Drop the tape showing their actions at the home are a tad different than what they testified to ormwrote in their reports. Reports are about the same as verbal testimony. At the end of the page there is a statement IIRC, something about the report is a true and accurate account of what happened, under oath, blah blah.
Nothing like one or two instances of Perjury to get the whole farce tossed, agents fired, FBI sued into oblivion.
excellent point..but if that was the plan then Eric should have kept quiet to give them more time to write false reports
Those agents are going to be more than fired. They were already under investigation by Durham….which is probably why they were there.
