That's not quite the same dress. Hers had a GIGANTIC collar made from worn-out elastic that could no longer stay up but had fallen to her shoulders. It looked liked a modern riff on the giant collars men wore in the Renaissance. But hers DID look like a $20 dress.

I looked closer with that bigger graphic. You are right it is not the same dress. So either her designer knocked it off or Zulilly knocked it off. They are too similar
