Cases are going to be appealed to the SCOTUS, so no matter how on point you are, they will have to assess and stick with the Constitution (hopefully).

What if they call for the three Trump appointed justices to recuse themselves?

Can’t happen.

They can and will ask for absurdity, but I don’t think the
court would agree to it.

With that logic, our side could respond that all the Leftist
appointed judges would have to recuse themselves.
