Triumph? Wait until even dems find out that it authorizes 87,000 IRS agents. I live in the center of town surrounded by liberals and they brag on how the “stretch the truth” when it comes to taxes. Most conservatives I know are careful to stay within the law.

If it has no immediate effect I think most people will forget it ever passed.
