A. Sorry, but what the government is saying about seeking and executing this warrant doesn't cut it.
1. The FBI was at President Trump's home in June and had access to all the boxes.— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) August 12, 2022
B. Wouldn't the FBI had known there was "classified" information at that time -- either before they arrived at the home or during their search? The most sensitive national security documents are supposed to be tracked by the relevant agency or department.— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) August 12, 2022
C. Did they look in June? If so, didn't they see the documents? If they did not look, why not?— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) August 12, 2022
D. 2. If the FBI felt the Trump lawyers were not cooperative, all they had to do is go to court to enforce their subpoena or get a second subpoena.— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) August 12, 2022
E. Instead, there was a TWO-MONTH gap between the June meeting and the seeking/execution of the search warrant in August. Why was there a two-month gap if there was an urgent necessity for a search warrant? Why wasn't a search warrant sought immediately?— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) August 12, 2022
F. 3. Once again, I make the argument that this was pretextual for the purpose of grabbing anything they could find, using the plain view doctrine as an attempt to find anything related to January 6, among other things.— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) August 12, 2022

Don’t start with an apology.
Time to start with expletives ..
Don’t start with an apology.
That’s all you’ve had to say on this entire event since August 5. If you’re going to be silent, you don’t deserve to be correcting others.
p
They just make this crap up as they go along
Seems clear who the real enemy of the state it. They’ve made it easy
Fascist Band of Intruders!
…Why was there a two-month gap if there was an urgent necessity for a search warrant?…
The first FISA Warrant was rejected. So the FBI had to fabricate the Steele dossier.
This fishing expedition is so insane that under the federal legal definition of "Presidential Records," a McDonald's menu that Trump scrawled his lunch order on during a meeting in the Oval would be included (44 U.S.C. 2201).
The FBI raided Trump's house for that. INSANE. https://t.co/WP4ULjXS8f pic.twitter.com/A2zMLws370— Sean Davis (@seanmdav) August 12, 2022
GSA packed the boxes. . .all classified documents are clearly marked as such and GSA has inventory control measures in place to track what was packed and shipped. . .especially classified documents.
It was in plain view inside that locked safe.
Kinda’ reminiscent of the 16th U.S. president suspending habeas corpus, and jailing northerners who dared to speak out against his unconstitutional invasion, and pillage, of the sovereign Southern states.
But when the agents were at the home they hadn’t planted false evidence yet. so they needed a second raid to “find” it.
I actually knew a guy who was the 10 year old brother of an acquaintance of mine. He was sitting in a police station
room waiting for his older sister to get out after an arrest interview. He heard one cop show to another about a different arrest: “This is the box. Say that you found the dope in here. Got it?” The kid said to me “I guess they figured they could ignore me because I don’t count. Nobody would believe me.”
We all know about Wray’s panty raid..
Brandon got tired of sniffing little girls hair, and wanted something else to sniff....
I had never heard about that before
Say what? Who’s apologizing? The word sorry in that context is not an apology.
A basic question…
Wouldn’t Trump secure such things elsewhere… like a safe deposit box (public or private)?
I believe 44 U.S.C. 2201 stems from the Congressional power to set rules for the government.
The records must have a government basis to be included under the act, in my lay person opinion.
IMO, Merrick Garland should be sued for an invasion of privacy and criminally prosecuted if possible for violating Amendment IV.
4th amendment says “and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
“Any government and/or Presidential Records created between January 20, 2017, and January 20, 2021.” is a fishing expedition witch-hunt.
This hack who gave Epstein a sweetheart deal should be impeached.
