Don’t be surprised if SCOTUS has another Wickard v Filburn (1942) ruling coming down at a farmer for growing too much wheat to feed his own livestock.

Right? Given our current government there will be all manner of means to ruin people for their vegetable gardens!
Endangered Species BS. (I'm sure there's some worm or something that they'll say is being threatened)
Bureau of Land Management can be called in for more misery.
The FDA can be deployed so they can join in on the fun.
Of course the IRS will have to have their grief applied too. They have 87,000 new agents that will need something to do.

Billions of federal dollars spent to make sure Aunt Gladys doesn't grow her tomatoes.
