Any saneAmerican citizen worth their salt would know that any piece of paper with even those two words: “nuclear weapons”, does not ‘go home with him in the briefcase”!!!
what i want to know...if these are top-top secret nuclear documents....it took them 18 months to find out they were missing???...but you are right...the military will brief the president on sensitive nuclear programs, but they dont give him his own copy to do what he pleases....absurd.
