Fuel prices affected things on the way up, and they’ll affect
things on the way down.
It’s a move in the right direction, but who knows how long
Joe will allow prices to fall.
I predict November 8th will be the day.
Glad you have a sense of humor. I couldn’t resist.
My wife hates that I have discovered her stash of nitrile gloves and learned that they are a great way to keep bandaids dry while I am doing messy work in the kitchen.
I should have added, I’m in SW Pa.
The numbers are the rate of increase of prices. When the rate of increase goes down, prices of goods do not necessarily go down. If the number for July goes down at all, the bidenites will start crowing about how they are controlling inflation.
When she was using them awhile back, mine hated that I used hers when chopping hot peppers.
Not that I used her gloves, mind you.
But that in alleviating my own suffering I imparted some to her with inadvertent transfer to whatever she decided to lay out on the cutting board.
For whatever reason she always pulled out the gloves card and never chastised me for using the cutting board for peppers.
Go figure.
Lowest price (Sam’s Club) is $3.209. Closest station near me is $3.279.
The grocery prices continue to sky rocket.
The housing market is slowing down.
Gas is boy down cause folks can’t afford to go places.
World economies are slowing and reducing demand for oil as in Spring 2020.
Long lines at Churches giving food to the hungry too. What a country. Democrat thugs must be so proud.
$3.77 here in Gulf Shores, Alabama
That makes even less sense then since I’m in a much warmer area - Charlotte - and my cost per KWH is about 65% higher. Adjust those two and I’m only about $50 higher than you in a home 4x as large
No kidding.

But I thought they signed a beeeeeeeeell to stop that! /sarc
That man is a genius.

I can suffer, my friend, as long as THEY suffer with me.
Those of us old know some things never come back down
Cars won’t for sure
You could buy a great car in 1972 for 3500 to 4000
A new 240Z 4100 list
Z28 3600
Buick GS. 3500
Buick GSX was 4500
Javelin AMX 3800
Mustang Boss 302 (1970) 3200
Duster 340 3000
Mazda RX3 3500
3500 in 1972 is 24,800 today
New cars today prices are absurd
How long will the reserve last?!
Probably just exactly to the time when Joe will get us into war with Russia and/or China!
