1) "Sources tell" is not the most convincing statement about the judge in question. However, Devine has been a pretty good (sometime the only) reporter WRT the Biden gang.

2) Whether or not this is THE judge, it's not surprising that such a creature exists.

One of the goals has to be to subpoena Trump to a court outside the USA, i. e. to D. C.
