There is a point beyond which the behavior of a government may simply be "disrespectful", but rather become unlawfully and undesirably life altering.

"Completely irrelevant"? Analogies are not always exactly relevant or they wouldn't be analogies. The point in this one is that no one is currently firing bullets at us.
