This a dangerous precedent that searches of former presidents can be conducted on a whim. Carter, Clinton, GWB, and Obama should be very worried after the 2024 presidential elections. If Trump Chan have a FISA search warrant issued, it can be applied to them also. I know it’s to find dirt on Trump and use some never enforced law regarding possession of classified documents, but if it wasn’t used against Hillary, the law should be nullified.

We now know that the whole Russia investigation was phony, but they were able to get crooked judges to sign off on the "investigation". So yes, the Democrats (Communists) will find judges that will do their dirty work for them, and I'm sure those judges won't hate doing so in the least.

Too many compromised R’s, especially at the federal level, to think of it as D versus R.
