The reason that the Dems are so emboldened is that, despite Trump’s rhetoric, there were never really any consequences for their increasingly outrageous defiance of him while he was President.
Nancy’s backside should have been in jail or at least out of the Speakership for this stunt, but she knew she had nothing to fear…notice the ugly little smirk.
Trump was a paper tiger when it came to dealing with the Dems, partially, I think, because he honestly couldn’t conceive of an American political party or political figures acting in such bad faith. He talked about the Deep State, but one of the negatives of his never having been in government before was that he had never experienced it.
That won’t be true the second time around. And it won’t even be true for some formerly squishy elected representatives if we win the House in November. This raid has really brought it home to a lot of people. I hope we can keep the momentum going and sweep the elections.
I am afraid to think they have either already decided not to have elections, or they have set the cheat so high that every democratic congressional candidate will get 81 million votes.
Given their zealous fight against the STEAL, if you added the GOP to that statement I would be in 100% agreement.
More than that. Trump won in spite of the best efforts of everyone else who benefits from The Swamp. He was forced to govern the same way.
