I had just read a report on that election a half hour before.
The lead had already changed hands once and they were talking,
about a recount.

Thank you. I hand-tooled one wherfe the numbers would line up, since FR defaults to non mono-spaced charts a simple cut-n-paste yields hard to read unaligned columns. Straight HTML3 in a text editor.

How odd. Later yesterday evening the counting stopped with Joe up 960 votes, with about 10k votes remaining.
He needs to win by at least 2000 to reduce chance of recount.
