Update - I’m 1.03 % away from JHB, that’s 1,668 votes. 40k (ish) votes remain to be counted. Another 20k + update is expected this evening before 6pm.

1.03% away from moving on to November.
He is only 1 point back now.

Why does it take the State of Washington so long to count votes?
As I understand it, many people turned in their ballot on election day and it overwhelmed the system.
He is only 257 votes behind with 7870 ballots to count.
Can he still overtake her?
Those seven had done the job they were there to do, and will no doubt be amply and richly rewarded in their lives after elected office.
