My understanding is that it was confusing language and the pro-life side didn’t realize it.

It can always be voted on again. We have learned that over the years.

There was a huge amount of misrepresentation on the pro-death side and the low info voters in KS, of which there is a surprisingly huge amount of, bit into it hook line and sinker. God almighty, how I miss living in Missouri at times.

Why is it you understanding that conservative Pro Life voters in Kansas would get confused by simple ballot language?
