GOP senators are skeptical damaged Trump can win in 2024
The Hill ^ | July 30 2022 | BY ALEXANDER BOLTON

The damaging revelations of the Jan. 6 committee hearings are fueling skepticism among Senate Republicans that former President Trump can win the GOP nomination in 2024 or even run for another term in the White House.

One Republican senator, who requested anonymity to comment on the former president, said the “cascade” of embarrassing details about Trump’s conduct in the weeks before Jan. 6, 2021, and during the attack on the U.S. Capitol will seriously damage his political viability ahead of the 2024 election.

The notorious hacks at the Hill. Almost as big a Biden butt licker bunch as Politico. They alternate for who has the best Democrat worship.

All things considered…

You are absolutely correct, Sir, this is designed just as you think.

However,

In reality what we are witnessing, if you can stomach the cheap political theater, is the real life metaphor of Elmer Fudd looking up the rifle barrel with the bang coming next month. (She is a Chaney after all).

Look around, everyone of the cheap tricks only do one thing…galvanize even harder the resolve.

The Republican senators should be out there condemning the January 6th committee. The fact that most of them aren't shows that they are just Uniparty RINOS.

One by one they will get replaced by more activist Republicans.

And then what? Let the elites pick your senators too? I’m surprised they haven’t done it. Then they can totally ignore us instead of just most of the time. And Jeff Flake could be a permanent senator from Arizona.

What makes anyone think President Trump is damaged? As far as I am concerned he is stronger and more knowledgeable about where the traitors are in the government.

They would have to answer to the separate state legislatures instead of no one as they do now.

If these backstabbers won’t even identify themselves
I don’t want to hear anything they have to say
about leadership. They are no “Profile in Courage”
They are just like Judas Pence.

IMHO, our country is suffering because these
Pukes didn’t want to fund the wall, didn’t want
to get rid of Obamacare. It was Trump who wanted
and got rid of red tape, Trump who made China
pay tariffs , Trump who made Nato pay up so
now they have weapons to give
to Ukraine.
Trump reduced taxes and refilled the oil reserves
that Biden is selling to China.

Trump won twice and he will win a third term.
Mark my words. These Pukes are scared because they
can’t own him.

The Hill is a yellow rag, not fit to line a bird
cage.

It’s Republican Senators that are damaged. They will be defeated. I’m so sick of pussies and cowards.

Ya know.. I like DeSantis but we.. I.. do not know how he would run this country..

I DO know Trump can and will fix this mess.
I DO know he has the fortitude to clean house next chance.
I DO know he didn’t do it 1st term, and he won’t let it pass again.
I DO know the snakes, turncoats, and empty politicians have gone after Trump with a vengeance.

Which means he’s the right person to do this job!

galvanize even harder the resolve.

Absolutely right.

Sorry, my comment was not clear originally. But if RINO's and other Republicans are falling for this circus side show, then the plan is working as intended for those people.

In reality, the unintended consequences are at play and those of us who support Trump are far more willing to support him.

Here in AZ? My wife, myself, my sons, brother and his son are all supporting all Trump endorsed candidate. period.

I see comments that this is Trump’s “fault” because he endorsed these guys. No. It started before he came down the escalator. No one recruited Donald. It was his own idea. He had been telegraphing it for many years, appearing on talk shows like Oprah, That unless someone came along to fix things he might have to step in, but he did not want to. Even Obama openly told people that if he had a different persona, he’d like to be Don Trump. It all changed when he decided to run as a Republican. Then the GOP elites turned on him when he picked up traction. And BOTH parties have hounded him tooth and nail. So how has he succeeded? He had and has THE PEOPLE on his side because that is Don’s only special interest group. His only loyalty is to us and to the Constitution, and the American Way of Life. What a juicier target for the One World Elites!? So, no, he endorsed them because he needed their support and they would win anyway. But even then they still stabbed him in the back. Worst traitor of them all is and was Romney, but there are many many more.

Or they are converting conservatives to RINO’s. Meaning the hearings all along have been watched, and from their perspective, successful.
