.
Fox thought the Party membership of the Judge was not important.
The Professional Protester Phillips approached a 15 year old and got in his face.
The article seems to miss this central fact.

86-year-old Billy “Odious” Bertelsman is a Peanut Boy Carter “judge” who is still stooging for the Left in his dotage.

Alex Jones is guilty and not even allowed to say he is not guilty. That ship has sailed. He was able to say he wasn’t guilty until he was found liable. He lost.
Now it’s just a question of how much.

He was able to say he wasn’t guilty until he was found liable. Did a jury find him guilty?
Get some actual documentation and get back to me or STFU.

It appears that Judge William Bertelsman is getting a new beach house.

Our libel laws were written so they could check the box and say, ok we have one, but they high are extremely hard to win.

He’s not out on a limb, this is how they all turn out. When’s the last time you heard of someone winning a libel suit?

An opinion that is both incendiary and reprehensible and not based in fact is actionable.
For example, a declarative statement that “Judge William Bertelsman is a pedophile” is actionable if it is untrue.

No, a judge found him liable, just like I told you. He wanted a jury trial, as guaranteed in the Constitution, but the judge "deemed" him guilty.
And you're fine with that because you think that you aren't on the menu.
But you are.

He wanted a jury trial, as guaranteed in the Constitution, but the judge "deemed" him guilty. If he had the balls to produce the information required by the court he could have his trial.
But, of course, he doesn’t. All he has is bluster.
I’m seeing a pattern…

Most opinions (in this case, that he was blocking the ahole with the drum) are not necessarily (and therefore not legally) signs of malice. But we KNOW they had malice. 🤪

He gave them everything he had. The fact that they could find no evidence of any wrongdoing the rabid left wing judge said meant he must have hidden something.
The fact that you believe everything the documented liars of the New York Slimes and Washington Compost tell you speaks volumes about your intelligence/integrity.
