I liked the one about establishing tent cities on the outskirts of town. (#13). We won’t have to walk past them in public parks or sidewalks. They could be put up in one day. I’d use empty warehouses. They can be heated in winter. Just get them outta sight. We have no obligation to feel sorry for them.

Then there’s the unused railroad tracks across the USA. I’ve said it before. They’d make good hiking trails. Just find a way to secure our jail inmates to them and give them backpacks with food and sleeping bags. Air horn to ward off animals.
