I liked the one about establishing tent cities on the outskirts of town. (#13). We won’t have to walk past them in public parks or sidewalks. They could be put up in one day. I’d use empty warehouses. They can be heated in winter. Just get them outta sight. We have no obligation to feel sorry for them.

Please be advised there are vagrancy laws on the books right now. Try reading Jack London’s “The Road”. Less than 200 pages. He got 30 days for not being able to tell the cops what hotel he was staying at.
