The Canadian Court of Appeal made a unanimous, sound decision and overturned the finding of contempt made against TDF-funded clients, Pastor Pawlowski and his brother Dawid.

Calgary: TDF is proud and delighted to announce that the Alberta Court of Appeal has set aside findings of contempt against Arthur and Dawid Pawlowski and has ruled that compelled speech and mobility sanctions against Christ Scott from the Whistle Stop Café violated the Charter.

It took just a few hours for Moscow to do the exact opposite.
