At some point, it became “bad” to point out that certain differences in behaviors are linked to a higher probability in the possible outcomes. ANYTHING derogatory today that is linked to any group of people, may that be sexual orientation, sex, race, religion, national origin, automatically becomes suspect of “xenophobia, racist, sexist, jingoist, misogynist, homophobic, intolerant, exclusive” speech.
What you need to do is say everyone is the same, all behaviors are the same when it comes to outcomes. You can do whatever you want and it’s all OK. Smoke dope, be gay, drop out of college and learn no trade... you’ll surely have the same chances in life as the kid that goes to the gym, finishes college, learned a second language, and can pass a drug screening.
You have to tell these people that they just don’t make it because they lack “privilege.” You need to tell them that their stupid behaviors which cause them to fail are good and the real reason they are FAILURES is because they are picked on, discriminated against, in secret, by a complex and intricate system that has hidden barriers erected for them with quota’s for hiring and promoting in every government agency, college admissions, special scholarships, protected class designations (extra legal protections)... The US practically blows smoke up certain minorities asses and they still fail.

1/ How is that a “racist” statement? 2/ Why did that media asswipe capitalize “Black,” but not “brown?” Are blacks supposed to be the “master race,” or something?

Stable family environment and parental engagement are MAJOR tools to have in one’s toolbox that prepare children for life’s challenges. Without those tools, children are less like to be able to lead productive and successful lives for themselves and their children.
This is the sort of thing that Black and Latino teachers say openly every staff meeting... it’s not controversial or even derogatory. The take away is usually that poverty or uncertain citizenship causes these problems. It’s not a genetic condemnation.
I'm beginning to think that, yes, that's the plan.
I have to laugh whenever I hear someone call for “open and frank discussion” of race and associated issues. Try it and see what happens.

You do realize that sums up a lot of Caucasian people too, right? Ever checked out the dropout demographics? I can show you native born Caucasians who have limited command of their native language, many have never set foot in a university and baby momma’s who have multiple children with multiple sperm donors.

I suspect this is a continuation of the race war between white BLM racists and Asians. Don’t forget that Asians led the recall effort to dump the BLM infesting the San Francisco schoolboard.
California is changing rapidly as Mexicans and Asians join to attack the white, racist BLM infrastructure in local governments. I believe a major power shift is going on in California. By 2023, Mexicans will be 50% of the population in LA County. The White racists on the LA county board are scared and desperate.
