I fully agree that any court in the land would clobber it, but how long will they run this way before the court has a say?I'd guesstimate that it would be fast-tracked in a very short period of time. And it would get CLOBBERED by this SCOTUS. I don't even think Obama and Rice would even TRY. They'd probably rather wait until they get a better (for them) SCOTUS.

Why do the judges placed by President Trump not create instant injunctions to stay the enforcement while the specific matter is being decided in the courts?
