The woman had a child when she assaulted the store employee, why hasn’t the CPS removed the child from her due to child endangerment?

Thing is, CCC camps were voluntary. Guys who were going hungry couldn’t wait to get into the CCC. They were fed three good meals a day. Most put on weight in spite of the hard work. They were paid very little and half of that had to be sent home to mom and dad. If they caused any trouble at all, they were kicked out and their place was taken by someone glad to take the government’s job offer. Food, shelter, hard work and cigarette money.

The ones you are trying to fix despise the very idea of hard work. If placed in a CCC type setting, they’d refuse to work because working is too much like slavery.

Alas there is a sizable part of our society that looks to be broken. I don’t know how they get fixed. I fear that really hard times like the 30s would just make them worse.

For all of you not familiar, DR means Dominican Republic.

They have been in control of that neighborhood for 60 odd years. It will be mayhem if Alba is convicted.

Add to that, American (I'll be more specific, NYC) blacks and Dominicans already have issues with each other -- given that Eric Adams is black, the Soros DA, Bragg is black, this will not end well if Alba serves any jail time.

Only in a dimmocrap-fouled city would a habitual crook, trying to rob and harm an older store owner, be given greater status than the man who quite justifiably defended himself. What the heck is wrong with the NYC government, and the people who elected them? Are they totally insane? Jose Alba should NEVER have been arrested—only the ho girlfriend who couldn’t even pay for a bag of chips. Society is well served by her feral baby daddy taking a dirt nap.
