Japan’s governing elite is quite different from ours. They actually have the interests of their own people at heart.
Japan refuses to discriminate against ethnic Japanese in the name of affirmative action.
Come to think of it, China does not discriminate against native Chinese.
Russia does not discriminate against native Russians.
Ditto for almost every country in Asia and the Arab world.
