Come to think of it, China does not discriminate against native Chinese.
Russia does not discriminate against native Russians.
Ditto for almost every country in Asia and the Arab world.

Don't know if it is still true, but when I worked there, Japanese employers could actually post jobs with specifications such as:
- Native English speaker.
- Experienced man aged 25-40.
- Woman aged 20-30.
- Japanese only.
Yeah, I know, we would be appalled, but it actually save the job seeker and the employer time in avoiding the games we play here.
