Multiple Texas counties to declare border crisis an ‘invasion’ as numbers increase

The invasion declaration may put pressure on governors in Texas and Arizona to act on the matter

Multiple Texas counties on Tuesday will declare that the migrant crisis at the southern border is an "invasion," Fox News has learned, a move that could lead to similar declarations across the state.

Kinney County Judge Tully Shahan is expected to announce the move at a news conference Tuesday afternoon, along with a number of other officials from other counties who will join him.

Kinney County Attorney Brent Smith told Fox News Digital that he believes approximately 12 to15 counties could end up having declared an invasion by the end of the month.

With migrant numbers hitting historic levels, and with more than 239,000 migrant encounters in May alone, there has been considerable talk in conservative circles about the merits of declaring the crisis an "invasion" -- which could open up a number of potential legal avenues for states.

This sheriff who is speaking, now, says that these illegals are being taken to Houston, then, distributed across the country.

Cartel involvement.

The so-called conservative governor has the constitutional remedy.

The militia is the only entity codified in the US Constitution with repelling invasion. No one else has the mission. In fact, the militia is the only organization in the US Constitution that was deemed “necessary.” Not Congress, not the Executive branch, not the Judiciary, not the Army or Navy. The militia.

So call forth your MEN and get it done. Set the example, Texas.

Texan Freepers, get on your governor and tell him to grow a pair.

If all the 60-70 million illegal, criminal alien invaders worse the same uniform, we’d look like a country under occupation.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_State_Guard

TX militia consists of the TX air and army national guards, both of which can be nationalized and run by fedgov and the state guard. The state guard is strictly state controlled but all they’ve ever done if help the national TX guards with natural disasters.

That’s the way most state militias are. Most don’t even have a strictly state controlled guard. Most state “militias” are either their national guard or strictly for humanitarian efforts.

Just one of the many ways states have given up their sovereignty.

Wondering why the Governor hasn’t declared an invasion yet as well.

He is busy looking for the cattle that goes with the hat. No luck yet but he will keep looking I am sure.

When discussing the Constitutional intent behind the word "invasion," we need to remind critics of the concept of "irregular" military units.

Irregulars are non-standard troops, working in concert with a foreign government's agenda. In pop culture, the movie "The Patriot" with Mel Gibson is an example of an irregular unit.

When a majority of people crossing the southern border are males of fighting age, many carrying non-related children used as cover to enter the country, it can be reasonably argued that they are "irregular" troops invading the country for an unspecified or currently unknown reason.

Why wait for that reason to become apparent when we can stop it now by Constitutional means?

If you believe the Dick Act and subsequent NDAA are constitutional, then yes.

But they are not, so they are void on their face.

Forget the wall. Machine gun nests 50 ft. apart.

And claymores scattered around the border. This invasion would end quickly.

*************

If they would complete the Wall then that would help
immensely but they keep puttering along. If they bunch
up at the border getting papers is one thing but just
entering with no papers, etc is vastly wrong for both
the USA citizens and Tax Payers.

Whites, mexicans, etc. need to get their hair kinked up.

African American people can still get head lice. However, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) state that African American people get head lice much less frequently than other people. The reason for this may be that most head lice in the United States have claws that more easily grip onto uncoiled hair.Oct 29, 2021
