Yes I dont agree with the majority of conservatives that think a civil war would be a pushover for us. Two reasons:
1. many of them might die in the first few fights but the rest will learn
2. As a generic statement they seem to have youth on their side, always important in a long protracted struggle
Some say they are waiting, probably if and when we regain control of the senate and house late this year. No I’m not predicting immediate civil war but I am predicting BlmTifa riots will start reappearing and from there who knows how it will go?
I once had a liberal boss who raised the point about conservatives imposing their will on people. I responded by pulling out the stub to my paycheck. I said, “Look at all the deductions taken out of my check to pay for liberal impositions and programs.”

Exactly what I and others have tried to tell these RVII/CWII web warriors. They just don't think outside the box, and make themselves a target in their remarks.
I'm 72 with few years left. Personally, I'll watch them make martyrs of themselves and lose from stupidity while I sit here with my doggie and listen to classic rock and think of clandestine ways to take back our Republic.
So many claim they lost their guns in a boating accident, as if the SuperSnoops (FBI, NSA, LEO's, etc.) really believe that. This site is probably one of the most monitored sites on the Internet. It was just revealed recently that they have been spying on over 2 million American with little to no cause or warrants.
These wannabe warriors really need to think things through. Even if half of the NG, half of the intel agencies, half of LE were to refuse to shoot on civilians, that leaves thousands who will follow orders.
Plus, there is no guarantee those who refused such orders would join with the new so-called revolution/civil war. They probably would just go home to protect their families, homes, and livelihoods. This is not the 1860's where brother fought against brother. ANY civilian to National Guard face off would be a massacre.
My best guess would be many States receding and possibly creating a new civil war. But then we have the same scenario. I highly doubt a full out war. There could be skirmishes as DC tries to keep the nation together, and maybe some between State lines, but few would have the determination, hardcore patriotism, and stomach for an old fashion all out bloody war on our lands. Think Housewives of Who Gives a Shit and the other idiot shows that people are addicted to.
Personally, I'm good with certain States receding from the Union without mass casualties. I'm pretty certain which States would lead such succession and then joined by other States to form a new Republic. However, I don't encourage nor support such efforts at this time.
Hey SuperSnoops (FBI, NSA, NSC, et al), I want our nation to survive in it's current form. I only wish we could get back to our Constitutional Republic values and virtues. What do guys think? Are your jobs to your obviously corrupt leadership more important than your honor and Oath to Defend the Constitution? You guys/gals must realize that something is wrong in your agencies. Why don't you folks speak up? Right, the paycheck.

I do not agitate for a Civil War. I know enough of history to understand that those who enter into a protracted war, even those with good reasons for doing so, will be found after some time searching only for ways to get out of it.
But in the end, I hope that I will not meekly submit to the tyranny of those who wish to control and rule us against our will. That I will have the courage to take a side.
Indeed, if it comes to that, I don't have any illusions. I am a senior citizen, and active combat is not for people like me. I would be next to worthless I expect.
That said, if I am forced into it, and have to fight on my ground to protect me and mine, I beg to to have the strength and will to do whatever I am capable of until I cannot do it any more. If I die doing it, I will have lived a full life full of freedom and wonderful experiences, my regret only that I expect I had failed as a steward to guard and pass on from what was left to me, and that is something I DO value as much as my life. To fail in that will be bitter.
But with all that, I know this: As someone who knew a country that was different from the one we see now, and from the viewpoint of someone who has studied the history of conflict and tyranny, I would rather live a short, futile life as an elderly person than willingly submit to, and participate in Evil.
I have always believed there are indeed things worse than dying. And having a boot on one's face for eternity (in this world, as that saying goes) is one of those things, and is not how I wish to live out my days, because that boot on the face will translate into poverty, starvation, murder, and helpless tyranny that will burn with inner pain like a phosphorous flare in the hearts of those who are impotent to do anything about it.
When I think of that mindset, the most appropriate quote that comes to mind is from Alexandr Solzhenitsyn, who understood the dynamic of tyranny as well as any man who has ever lived:

And how we burned. No. I don't want to live, chained, wondering it it would have been better to die alone and maimed than to be chained with a heart afire with impotent recourse, as the Jews who found themselves on boxcars pulling into Auschwitz did. That is the equivalent of being in the flooding compartment on a sinking ship with no way out, wondering how all your choices brought you to that hopeless and useless point.
No. If I am to find myself in that figurative, flooding compartment on a figurative sinking ship, I hope that my well considered, though likely to be a Hobson's choice put me there, not a "Hey! Let's start a civil war because we are in the right! Everyone else is joining up!" mindset.
I just hope I have the courage to make the right choices when I can make them, not be a helpless passenger riding to doom at the hand of someone else.

Leftists always turn most viciously on other Leftists. The Cabal that controls our country right now is not monolithic or unified. There will be purges within their ranks. The folks selected for the purges will object forcefully.
Unlike the hapless civilians who "lost their firearms in a tragic boating accident", the Agency people will be well armed and reasonably skilled. They will not be delayed or deterred by legal arguments from their opponents. Nor will they care about being called "Racist", "Homophobic", "Islam-phobic", or any other kind of progressive slur.
I expect some very strange temporary alliances between members of the "Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy" (tm) and assorted Leftist factions who have just lost out in the power struggle of the week
