Page two of the letter explains that: “if convicted,” the change in his benefits “may mean” the VA had paid “too much,” in which case they will send another letter letting them “know if the changes go through.” If so, the “VA’s Debt Management Center will send a letter explaining how much” they’ve “been overpaid, as well as how to repay this debt

It’s his family that is being affected even more than him
But I bet that gives you the even bigger boner, ya malicious seditious flat out evil scumbag.
Typical regressive prog commie Molech hugging piece of crapola.
Not saying they would stand up and speak out about it but the MSM will not give Pubs a pulpit from which to speak anyway. They simply will not cover it.
Truth is the vast majority does not even know even half the crap these marxist idiots are trying to pull.

Peacefully walking to the capital building and even peacefully walking thru the capital building is NOT sedition.
Well I read your posts and you usually get things right so your pretty good for a rookie. I got zotted a while back so I am low profile now. But I used to be quite the hell raiser here. Ah the good old days.
Off to lunch, later all
One more thing.
The Goldman family after winning the civil lawsuit, couldn’t attach O.J. Simpson’s medical benefits or pension from the NFL.
The federal government is out of control.

1. The next Congress, assuming it will be Republican led, needs to pass laws that make all Executive branch workers in ALL agencies subject to replacement/firing at the will of the President. Down to the lowest levels.
2. The next President, assuming it will be Donald Trump or another who follows his same path, should immediately pardon each and every one of the J6 prisoners and request funding from Congress to provide each of them with financial reparations to compensate for the injustices done against them.
3. The next President needs to immediately fire every member of the DOJ, FBI, CIA, and other entities suspected to be a part of this fiasco and replace them with personnel who can be trusted. (Yeah, this needs to be planned well ahead of time, so he’d better get started.)
4. Everyone connected in any way to the incarceration of the J6 political prisoners (FBI, DOJ, lawyers, prison officials, guards, politicians, media figures, judges, etc.) need to be investigated, immediately prosecuted, and jailed if it is found that they knowingly took part in this injustice. If any of their actions led to the death or severe injury of any J6 prisoner, they should face immediate execution.
This cannot stand and IT MUST NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!
Oh, as an addendum to 1. Congress needs to pass laws that make it clear that any and all contract personnel who work for the Executive branch are subject to replacement by the new President.
They should also face the same penalties as others if their hands are found to be a part of this.
Thanks for that reminder.
“What the government giveth the government can take away.”
Ever hear of contracts and laws?
VA health benefits and compensation are legally-due compensation for injuries incurred during service which would otherwise have not occurred. They are not ‘gifts given’ to disabled veterans.
No one would sign up for duty if there was a release of liability for the USG.
Without the VA every service-connected disabled veteran would sue the USG for disabilities acquired while serving at the government’s direction and supervision.
He’s a malicious piece of Mitt, he is.
Yes, this.
They own your body while you're serving.
Perhaps future enlistees need to understand that the goobermint has decided that they can back out of their obligations at any time, now.
I answered that question.
TWICE.
Not on this thread you didn’t.
Not even ONCE.
I agree, but that has nothing to do with my question.

Dear Lord you are dense, obtuse or have a preconceived idea of what and how I say my answer.
Simon Says prog tactic # 13
Now go wipe your chin.
Fair enough. Your first answer wasn’t to me and your second was quite a bank shot but I get your point, and I agree.
People guilty of sedition shouldn’t get benefits and we don’t know whether this guy’s guilty.
Not sure why this got you so agitated.
Ron DeSantis will do that.

There you go again.
Believing in your own made up crap.
I was not, and am not agitated, just pointing out what a typical ballchinian prog you consistently are.

Happy Mega Merica Independence Day weekend to you.
You are supporting and enabling the Deep State. We have an AG who said he won't prosecute AntiFa in Portland because the violent rioting happened at night.
You are demanding that Trump supporters shut up and get to the back of the bus while the KKK lynches and burns to its heart content.
