question: the DM has a picture of him wi the CIB
would this be a situational/inter-service award only issued during the war?
never seen it before, and it’s a real pic
The Marines don’t get the CIB. If someone got the CIB for earlier Army service they can get permission to wear the CIB. The Marines have the Combat Action ribbon but it wasn’t created until 1969.
The picture is of someone else who was awarded the Army MOA along with a SS which would explain the CIB — trust the DM to mess things up.
