What I wish is for Trump to be re-instated after the 2 year point in Biden’s illegitimate presidency and then run again in 24.

I know the response will be “But the constitution allows for no such thing” BUT, since we are obviously already living outside the constitutional terms of our republic then who knows?

It would be most pleasant to see Trump take back his rightful office and appoint DeSantis as VP. Then they could serve until 2024 and run for re-election together. Then Trump serves 2 more years and turns it all over to DeSantis and goes home to Mar-a-Lago for a deserved rest after completing his 8 years of service. Then DeSantis can serve 10 years :-)

Without the "intermission" between his two terms (2016 and 2024) he would have been stuck with the same NeverTrumper congress that routinely fought him on his agenda.

I've made that point myself and also noted that it might be a blessing in disguise that he did not serve his second term consecutively (I believe firmly that he won his second term in 2020).

Had Trump been seated for his second term in 2021, he would have continued to have a hostile Congress fighting him every step of the way. Also, a lot of what is going on with the economy would have gotten pinned on him. While I think the economy would have done better under Trump, I think we would have seen a downturn just the same.

Now all depends on November. If we can get MAGA back in control, they can put the brakes on the Biden disaster and minimize further damage, setting up a Trump run for 2024.

Ideally, the MAGA majority will increase further in 2024 and sweep Trump in for a much more successful second term.

I hope Trump stays healthy, that election fraud is exposed and that the MAGA congress happens for us. It's our only hope.
