Just imagine if the AG said that gun rights would be protected even in light of major court decisions to the contrary.

I agree they can say whatever they want, but we allow them to set the narrative by adopting the same terms to talk about it. I heard that from people last night.

I guess I have to agree with BobL that they control most of the media and we really have very little control to change anything they say..

Perhaps but as we are seeing these days federal power is being wielded with little to no restraint.

And Biden’s not going anywhere for awhile. He has a long runway for more abuses.

If the mother is healthy and the baby is healthy how is an abortion “health care?’

I can’t remember where I heard this, but someone has said that a law was passed a long time ago that the military bases were subject to the laws of the states they were in.

Did I hear that right?

If you think about it, local law enforcement is used all the time on military bases anymore.

Baby killers use all kinds of euphemisms, just like the Nazis did.

Murdering a baby in the womb is a “right” “a choice” “healthcare” “reproductive freedom” etc.

All meant to disguise the true evil of what they are doing and advocating others do: genocide.

Remember, to Hitler mass murder of mentally ill, Jews, gays was all ‘protecting the health of the state.’

All of it is a way to spin evil and mass murder.

What a concept. The individual states (ie: “the people”), one more time, aren’t allowed to question the efficacy of a “medication” like Mifepristone.

So, even though SCOTUS says it’s up to the states, the DOJ tells us that it’s up to them.

I don’t think so . . .

The Constitution says “natural born citizen”.

Obama and Harris are not.

That’s when we left the rails of the Constitution.

Go research how HCQ and Ivermectin were treated by state AG’s.

Compare and contrast.

They’re going to claim the right to distribute mifepristone to 50 states via the interstate commerce clause.

As if we needed more proof that the DOJ is weaponized to serve the NWO Cabal that has infiltrated every branch and agency of the government.

Garland should be impeached along with Mayorkas.

Of course that won’t happen ‘cause the GOP has no balls.

Even if they retake the House and Senate this fall, won’t happen.

“States may not ban Mifepristone based on disagreement with the FDA’s expert judgment...”

Expert judgment????

However, the states do have the right, per the Supreme Court ruling, to ban abortion. The Supreme Court ruling takes precedence over whatever the FDA decides.

Next time conservatives have control over the executive, the House and Senate, they need to close federal funding of abortions. I do not want my tax dollars to go to murderers. If the states want to do that, so be it…but I will never live in one that has abortion on demand.

[[States may not ban Mifepristone based on disagreement with the FDA’s expert judgment about its safety and efficacy]]

Safe and effective? IT KILLS PEOPLE!

We need a lw that states that it is federally illegal to kill life of humans, born or unborn

Then we need to repeal gay marriage- get it over with in one fell swoop- it’ll be like ripping off a bandaid for the left- thye wil. Skwak at first, but then they will heal (uh huh).

“And we stand ready to work with other arms of the federal government that seek to use their lawful authorities to protect and preserve access to reproductive care slave ownership despite the passage of the 13th Amendment. In particular, the FDA HUD has approved the use of the medication Mifepristonebed chains and shackles. States may not ban Mifepristone the effective caging of "freed" slaves based on disagreement with the FDA’s HUD's expert judgment about its safety and efficacy and conformity with the 13th Amemdment.

“Furthermore, federal agencies may continue to provide reproductive health services slave management services to the extent authorized by federal law. And federal employees who carry out their duties by providing suchslave management services must be allowed to do so free from the threat of liability. It is the Department’s longstanding position that States generally may not impose criminal or civil liability on federal employees who perform their duties in a manner authorized by federal law leftist mob rule. Additionally, the Department’s Office of Legal Counsel has determined that federal employees engaging in such conduct keeping the slaves shackled would not violate the Assimilative Crimes Act or the 13th Amendment which is just not fair in our opinion and could not be prosecuted by the federal government under that law. The Justice Department is prepared to assist agencies in resolving any questions about the scope of their authority to provide reproductive care keep slaves working the fields for free like they should.
