Roe v. Wade was not IN FACT precedent. Precedent was in the states. And at one point, abortion was illegal in every state in the country.

Performing abortions was punishable by hanging in all 13 of the original states. Look it up.

Overturning RvW was good. But I’m still unhappy. The court fell way short of ruling that the unborn have 14th Amendment rights to life at conception.

The warren court pulled abortion out of thin air. There is nothing in the 18 enumerated powers of Congress that allows for murder. That’s what abortion is, murder without due process for the unborn child. It was a violation of the child’s 14th amendment rights to equal protection. The Warren court essentially stripped away those rights just like Dred Scott.
